Return & Refund Policy – TruThread

At TruThread, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Since our items are print-on-demand, each product is made specially for you.

1. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or defective

• Wrong item delivered

To request a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

2. No Return / Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Minor color differences due to screen variations

3. Refunds
Once your request is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Amount will be credited to original payment method

4. Replacement
In case of damaged or wrong product:

• 50 rupee replacement cost

5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order.
