We want you to LOVE your Truthread gear. If you're not 100% satisfied, here's our policy:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Free return shipping for defective items
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or items with visible wear. These will be clearly marked before purchase.

Are any purchases final sale?

No! Almost all items can be returned within 7 days if unworn and in original condition.
The only exceptions (clearly marked at checkout):
- Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom/personalized items (once printed, cannot be changed)
- Items with visible wear or damage
Everything else? Full refund or exchange, no questions asked. We stand behind our quality 100%.
